The paradox of income inequality in Belgium: new figures, new insights

Slides from the lecture for Master students in Public Economics at Louvain-la-Neuve on 10/3/2025 in which I summarised the book ‘De Paradox van Ongelijkheid in België’ (also available in French: 'Les Inégalités en Belgique: un Paradoxe?'). The book was the final result of a four-year BELSPO research project that attempted to screen, interpret, and improve existing figures on inequality in Belgium.
